These sites have lots of great Catholic works but may also have Protestant works, which may or may not be good. Anything by C.S. Lewis is highly recommended, though; he was Protestant, but his theology is highly Catholic, and he was a close friend of G.K. Chesterton and J.R.R. Tolkien, two Catholics, who helped him in his conversion.
Christian Classics Ethereal Library
The best site for works from the Church Fathers. Not only does it have the Ante-Nicene Fathers, but it has works from everywhere between the birth of Christ and the modern age, including the medieval period. It also has the Protestant reformers, including Martin Luther. All of this in numerous formats.
Project Gutenberg
An ebook megasite that contains both Christian works and secular works. It also has both Protestant and Catholic writers.
